Welcome to 2024 and happy new year!!!!!!

If you'd like to level up your game in 2024, I have the EXACT path that you need to get there.

It's not an easy one, but it sure is very achievable, and also very rewarding.

When it comes to ANY player's improvement, I like to think of the game in 4 important pillars.

Pillar #1

This first pillar has a lot to do with your fitness/movement. If you want to actually level up your game this year, focusing on improving your footwork, will help improve how you get to the ball and also improve your positioning. Your footwork and your movement on the court is the foundation of everything that you do on the court. Poor footwork leads to poor movement, which leads to poor positioning.

Pillar #2

This second pillar is about the actual skills that you have available to you. These are the actual shots that you may (or may not) have right now. As you become a better player, you'll have to add more and more shots to your game. Along with adding new tools to your toolbox, you'll also have to use these tools at the right time, which leads us into the next pillar of the game.

Pillar #3

This 3rd pillar consists of the strategy of the game. When it comes to strategy, this is how and when we actually use the different tools and shots that we have. Our strategies may change depending on the opponents that we play, and we must know when to execute particular strategies.

Pillar #4

The last pillar is all about the mental game. You see, you can be very confident in your movement/footwork, have all the skills that you need to beat your opponents, and also know the exact strategies that you need to execute, but if your mental game is weak, then your game can come crashing down very quickly. The best of the best players CANNOT only rely on the first 3 pillars. Without a strong mental game, they won't be able to close out the points or win the points that they need to when it matters most.

So, out of these 4 pillars of the game, which one do YOU struggle with? If you are struggling with any of these, you need to make sure that you really take a good look at yourself and your game, so that you can begin to work on exactly what you need to - so that you can see some MAJOR progress in your game!
